Rev. Chris will explore how our words through Gossip influence others and our own hearts. Gossip, by definition, means talking about someone’s personal life who isn’t there (in a positive, negative, or neutral way). Harmful gossip, or gossip with the intent to harm someone or their reputation, is not an issue of just words, but an issue of the heart. Issues of the heart can be the hardest thing to identify and change because no one knows your heart other than yourself and God.

Me and My Big Mouth sermon series talks about our words and how much of an impact they can have on those around us. They have the power to tear down or build up the ones that are closest to us. How can we be a group of people that uses our words to build up people around us?
